Dr. Lee was easy to talk to. But, I couldn't recall why I signed up to see him in the first place. I thought it was to get "cool-sculpting" and I thought it was for a clinical trial. But, apparently not.

I admittedly haven't been to the doctor in a year and was finally taking a big step for me at least and made an appointment to seen by this doctor as a PCP. He came off very judgemental and shamed me for not being seen in a year. He also shamed me for my weight. On top of all that his office staff gave me the wrong link to the video appointment. So I waited for hours online then they had the audacity to text me that they were cancelling my appointment because I was a no show. I told them I had been waiting the whole time and demanded to be seen. Maybe that why the doctor was mean to me. 1st visit here was my last.

I felt belittled about my medication. It’s not my fault I was abused physically,emotionally and sexually by my stepfather. Then most of my medication is used on the gifts that keep given. Then I just have disorders that were hereditary. I am not asking for drugs just because. Stuff happened to me that no one or doctors understands or could imagine. Stop judging people ailments as made up.

The experience I have had so far with C & C Healthcare has been wonderful. Scheduling was easy, and my counselor Aleia is great. She has been very helpful with giving me tools to me get myself in order. She is patient and kind, but firm. She holds me accountable in the treatment plan we created together. My appointments have been on time. The portal is fairly easy to access for information and the staff are always ready to help with resetting passwords and account setup. I highly recommend.
