When I arrived on time, No one was there. After calling the doctor she answered that she was out of town. So that was a wasted trip.

I was told to get there 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. The office was locked, I called twice and got no answer . The preexisting company sign was crossed out with sharpie and the name was written on the bottom of the preexisting sign again with sharpie. At 9:40am, which would have been 10 minutes after my actual appointment time, I got a call the doctor was waiting for me, I explained I arrived early and called with no answer, I was told the door is always locked… Overall sketchy experience and unprofessional. I explained I already left and I received a text to ask if I wanted to do a tele-call but I was going to get my skin examined. It is very strange to me a doctors office would always be locked and would not answer the phone knowing there was an appointment scheduled. Overall bad experience.
