All Office staff was great. Everybody from the Assistants to Carlos, especially Vanessa. She’s an amazing N.P., she’s very caring and patient. I highly recommend them. As a matter of fact, my husband will be going tomorrow.

Here I go again I tell myself, to entertain this doctor. Sadly, I’m one who has been cursed with nothing but health issues ever since Covid. Not colds; I’m talking things that almost take my life. (Stomach tumor = partial colon resection) I have anxiety so it’s a battle getting a Dr to listen to me. Around the same time pops up another lump on my neck. Dentist appt cleaning, oh my let me send you to ent after light they use to see if any suspicious things in throat. Just a lymph node, okay, more issues keep coming up ear pain, trouble swallowing another just lymph node. One more time let me try with a different doctor. Thank the lord I found a Dr that would listen as I start with I’m not crazy but if I get emotional I’ll tell you why. Well of course, just as I suspected something is wrong. Thank you Dr for your kindness and love for your new patients. If only, there were more of you out there! In the same boat, you have your Dr here! ??

I just felt like I was being sold on surgery instead of actually treating my symptoms at the moment. also, even though through zocdoc my appt was scheduled with the doc, i actually saw the NP. was made aware of this ahead of time, but still.

We are so happy to have found this office. Although we did not see Dr Yorgason we were seen by nurse practitioner Stephanie and she was excellent. She explained everything including the ct scan. She answered all our questions and spent quality time with us. We never felt rushed. Very knowledgeable, personable and professional. Everyone in the office was friendly and made us feel comfortable.

I did not see the doctor that I scheduled with on Zocdoc- but I saw another doctor who worked under them. So while I can’t Dr. Yorgason in specific, I can say that the people I did see were very nice and the office was perfect with no issues.

I would recommend anyone to Dr. Yorgason needing an ENT!! His staff is cheerful and very energetic. They made sure there were no questions needing to be asked.
Very refreshing to find a PA and Dr. concerned about any issues exhibited or discovered from asking questions.

I was very nervous upon arrival but everyone from the fantastic front desk staff to the wonderful medical assistant to the excellent NP put me at ease and made me so comfortable. Everything was explained in detail, all questions answered. I'll be seeing the physician next week but based on his staff I am reassured all will be well

While I did not meet with the doctor in this initial visit, his PA was extremely efficient and friendly as well as the front office. I do not tend to appreciate first visits where I don't meet with the doctor themselves, I also understand that they have more clients and other work/life balance than just me. The PA made me feel very comfortable in her skills and thoroughness in my situation. I know I will meet the doctor for my next appointment and look forward to acknowledging his skills in this practice.

Amber was FANTASTIC! She was very thorough about every single detail, explained how/why my condition came about, and asked me if I had any questions at every step of everything. She made me feel very at ease, was very professional, and unbelievably knowledgeable about everything, no joke! This woman was amazing. I was more than impressed with these kind folks, and in a time when most of the Office/Support Staff just really sucks!!! Very Sadly. ?? I fully endorse this doctors office as 10 out of 10! And I highly recommend them as well!

First time in my life I have gone to a doctor and left with an answer and not just received a money grab attempt at booking multiple appointments or just not being educated enough to provide a diagnosis. Would recommend this entire team. From front desk, nurse, PA, doctor and scheduler. Top to bottom was elite.

Staff was nice, but I never saw the doctor. I was never given a diagnosis, but I was given one treatment option which involves surgery. Again, none of this information was reviewed, diagnosed or relayed to me by the docto even though I expressed concern about being examined by an NP (mid level, non doctor provider) at the time that I made my appt. O was told that "the doctor is too busy to actually see patients for eval/consultation. As a doctor, licensed in 3 states, I'm not sure this is actually in line with standard of care. I expected to receive a diagnosis and other treatment plan options with their respective prognosees, so that I can make a well informed decision about my health. Unfortunately, none of these things happened during this appointment.

My experience was wonderful for several reasons. First, when the elevator opened up I was greeted with three warm smiles and a good morning. Checking in went well because I allowed myself plenty of time to complete the forms to keep on schedule. I was called within in two minutes after that. Back office staff beautiful smiles from everyone I came in contact with, so welcoming. Each step of my appointment was explained with such clarity. The provider’s well one of them made me “cry” because she listened and heard me and from my CT scan she was able to explain to me exactly what I was feeling for quite some time like years, were other practitioners passed me off to Walmart, over the counter band aid solutions. With my profession I fly a lot and working a flight when your head hurts all the time is exhausting. I have so much respect and appreciation for this office just in my first visit. Each staff member I came in direct contact with, thank you!????

Highly recommend this practice! I had a great experience from start to finish. Every single person (front desk, MA, Dr and scheduling coordinator) were all so caring and professional.
