Booked appt through zocdoc, nobody contacted me even when the prompts said I would be contacted before my appt therefore didn’t even get to see provider. Called & was just sent to voicemail. No call back received.

I never received any information to sign before the appointment, ZocDoc said that I would be contacted and sent information before the appointment, but by the day and time of the appointment got no call, and no call back after calling the office and leaving voicemails.

My experience has been good. I was a bit nervous about telehealth visits, but Dr. Lazaro has made me feel more comfortable with them. He made me feel comfortable enough to open up about my issues and he listens like a really good friend would. He asks the right questions to get a better understanding of my situation/issues to come to the correct diagnosis and we are starting a treatment plan. We will follow up soon to make sure I am making improvement and adjust treatment as needed. I just feel so positive about my future after just the first couple of sessions with Dr. Lazaro.

I recommend Bryan Lazaro to anyone looking for a psychiatric expert. Hands down, he's the best of both worlds, professional in his work & compassionate bedside manner! Bryan was very patient, kind, and welcoming right from the start. His attitude and communication made the consultation go smoother than I expected. It's difficult to open up and not be intimidated when you're sharing private issues with a stranger, but his approach allows you to feel comfortable. I easily put my guard down and didn't feel judged during any of our appointments. He was very thorough analyzing the facts while giving me the time I needed to describe the issues. I can tell he genuinely cares for his patients and loves his work!

Dr. Lazaro’s website had a lengthy questionnaire before the appointment which allowed for me to preface a lot of my background prior to the appointment. During the appointment he referenced the answers and carefully listened to what I was saying and feeling. He was able to pinpoint things that I thought were small for an accurate diagnosis and was quick with a variety of treatment options. His website is very easy to use and I would highly recommend him to highly effective people that need help or are even considering the possibility.

My experience with the person assigned to me was fantastic! However, the ZocDoc signup app was a bit of a nightmare. Repetitive questions. Obligation to fill out information that was not relevant to my case, like secondary insurance information.
