last time I went to this place, they didn't even send it to my insurance co. I asked this time if they would send it to my insurance company. when I arrived the staff was chatting with another patient and went on for a good 5 minutes leaving me standing waiting (I couldn't sit because of pain). they were discussing local real estate. about 7 minutes late, they finally asked me for my info. yes part of that situation was the other patient but they should have politely dismissed her or taken me on the other side. are they afraid to excuse someone because of the location? affluent area and money? some additional CS training might be in order.

There were three people who conducted my visit--first an incredibly nice receptionist, secondly a young lady who took information, lastly a lovely young lady I think named jeannette. She was outstanding in her friendliness, intelligent questioning, conclusions after the examination. This young lady is a treasure!

The receptionist and medical assistants were wonderful. The PA had the personality of a rock. He introduced himself and told me he would be dictating. That was fine but to not hardly speak to your patient is rude. He had not a clue I was a nurse but even if your having a rough day you need to be mindful we are your patients. If you aren't respectful of us then you won't have a business. It's such ashame to be treated as though you were taking up someone's time. Thank God for your reception area and your MAs. It's not like it was the end of the day I was there at 830 am.

the exam was very perfunctory. I was complaining about my throat and she gave it a quick check, she didn't feel my glands.

Of course I started feeling awful at midnight on Sunday so I make an on-line appointment with Urgent Care for Monday and took the first appointment I could get in the morning. I was the first patient of the day. Amazingly, it was not difficult to get the appointment I wanted and I was in and out of the office quickly. They have their own little lab on premises. I will visit there again for emergency service and I will recommend the site to others.

Service was quick they took me on time, with my appt made in advance. Saw the dr. and was recommended to go to the ER, I was told they couldn't help me. It seem to be a waste of time and $. My advice seek what medical treatments they do first before going.

This facility is wonderful: the location, the staff, the promptness. The only two issues I have is that I cannot seem to book an appointment on my phone and there should be healthy snacks available. My only concern is if I tell everyone about this place, it'll be over run and lose its excellent care. I've been to the Pike Creel location several times and both my husband and I agree that the rude staff and long wait times are less than ideal. Keep up the good work at Kirkwood Highway location.

This is the second time I went to Christiana Care Go Health in Dover on Route 13. The staff is very pleasant and they are efficient. Both of the doctors I have seen were very patient and caring, answered all of my questions and took good care of me. When and if the need arises again, this will be my new "go to" place !
