Great experience as I was sent a referral and still hadn't heard from them. I Looked up on zocdoc my medical and insurance requirements.... I had my appointment set within minutes and within a day I was called to verify my appointment.
Here is the Kicker.. . As I was sitting in the ENT office to be seen I get a message that my "referral" is being processed. Wow I got seen quicker and more efficient with zocdoc then my primary care provider.

This appointment and physician were wonderful. I have had trouble swallowing, breathing, singing, talking, etc. since my last thyroid surgery. She quickly figured out the vocal cord paralysis and possible nerve damage. She is helping me get help after so many years of feeling helpless! I am beyond grateful.

Easy to make an appointment, super easy new patient registration, and the Doctor was terrific! Received a diagnosis and treatment in the same visit and follow up made at checkout on a date and time that was convenient. Picked up my RX on the way home. Excellent service from start to finish! I was very impressed by the professionalism of the front desk, including their patients and understanding and getting me in and the next day appointment while I know that doesn’t happen often it was so important to be seen when I was greeted by the physician again was beyond impressed. She was kind with a good side bed manners, she also intellectual, and spoke well, and I immediately trusted her and I am, I had such a competent kind physician, taking care of me. It is always a fearful thing when you are ill Dr. Fairmount alleviated such fear.

Dr Erin was great - but over an hour wait for the appointment. When we ordered a CT scan they are taking most of the week to get the order shipped to the imaging location. Said they don’t have enough staff unfortunately so I’ll have to wait on that

From the very first contact, the staff and the doctor were absolutely wonderful. Their warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel at ease immediately. Throughout the entire experience, I felt incredibly taken care of, as if my well-being was their top priority. The doctor, in particular, was exceptional. She truly listened to my concerns and addressed them with genuine care and understanding. Her attentive nature and compassionate approach made a significant difference, and I am so grateful for the kindness and professionalism they all showed.

My doctor was a good communicator and took my concerns seriously, which was great. However, I was sat waiting in the exam room for about 30 minutes waiting for my doctor.

I’m so grateful to be able to get a super last minute appointment especially at an ENT office. I was having ear and nasal issues that I had to get checked out before flying again as I fly A LOT. I was a little late because of traffic, and just feeling sluggish because of symptoms. They took care of me all with smiles!

I was able to promptly make an appointment to see Jamie regarding an earache that I wanted to get checked out. The office was friendly and efficient as was the staff and Jamie in conducting my exam. I was able to get diagnosed and prescribed a medication in a timely manner and felt relieved after the appointment. A bonus point for allowing me to bring my baby to the appointment as I am a few months postpartum. Overall, super experience and bonus points for being family friendly!
