ZOOM Appt. 7/22/2026 I completed the forms, do not think he bothered to read my “why I was seeking therapy” because he said he never got it but they were included in all of the pre-appt. forms I completed.
He spent the hour asking about my background, my concerns, etc. For our first appt., took so much time in providing information (in my comments) hoping we would have a good session. They should have been reviewed before our appt. I felt strongly that he had formed his opinions about me (diagnosis, meds - didn’t even touch on what I needed most- to restart medication for ADHD.
My former psychiatrist was so supportive, a great listener ,gave excellent feedback and extremely knowledgeable about medications and if he hadn’t retired, would have been working on titrating off meds and try new ones to improve my depression.The person I spoke with today, suggested an antipsychotic??!!! I can only say, SHOCKED! Lisa N

Alex provided a very warm and engaging bedside manner. He was very thorough and interested in getting all my information. I didn’t feel just like a number, I felt I was getting really good care with attention to details. Very personable and easy to talk to. I have social anxiety but I felt very comfortable conversing with Alex. I felt he genuinely cared about my situation.
