I've been to this office twice, once to see the P.A. and once to see the doctor. Both times I was extremely impressed with the efficiency of the office, the knowlege of all the staff who I interacted with, the care the doctor and P.A. took in listening to my concerns and evaluating the situation, and the clear and helpful explanations I was given about my condition and their recommendations.

Very quick and impersonal care that seemed rushed. Didn't provide any additional care or information over what was already done at the ER over a month ago. For issues she only gave a short list of possibilities quickly, didn't elaborate much on them, and didn't offer any assistance in further steps or tests to find correct solution. Was not offered physical therapy recommendations for a broken bone, I had to actually ask for it. Very standoffish and rude when it came to discussing disability insurance. I will never be going back.

I hadn't even finished my paperwork when someone came to take me to my x-rays (super fast, although it was a Monday morning), after x-rays I was only waiting about 5 minutes before she came to see me. She offered professional advice from her years of experience and gave me the best guidance to move forward. Would highly recommend!
