I wasn’t seen by the doctor on Zocdoc but his team were amazing. They made sure I was fully aware of everything happening that even with the 7 other patients in a small office, they didn’t forget about me and made me feel welcome. Any questions were answered with upmost certainty and respect and they acknowledged me and my concerns as a patient. I would definitely recommend!

It was okay but wait time was horrible so long that I have to go back to finish because I had other obligations I needed to take care of, I felt they should of asked me if I was a walk in or had an appointment I felt they just took everyone as they came in whether they had an appointment or not I mean I tried to keep my cool due to missed appointment due to poor communication in customer service

Wow I don’t even know where to start Dr Nayzov was amazing from beginning to end! I came in for a second opinion because my old eye doctor missed diagnosed me, but Dr Nayzov was able to get to the root of my eye issue and saved me from other doctor visits and a peace of mind! He was a complete Angel and explained every single exam the results and even showed me details about my eyes with pictures. He was patient he was kind and very informative thank you doctor! You have no idea how much something like your vision can effect your daily life and way of living, and the fact that he got to the root of it right away really saved me so much headache. I’m so thankful I found him! I 1000 recommend him and me and my daughter now have a trustable eye doctor that knows what they are really doing! Thank you!!!

Dr. Nayzov was very nice, communicative, and made me feel comfortable. He guided me through each step he conducted in diagnosing my issue and provided me with a better understanding of what was being done or needed to be done. The wait time was a little long because I came late and missed my appointment but he tried his best to make sure that all his patients were greeted and are comfortably seated until he took care of them.
