Currents of Change LLC New Patient Protocol Welcome, My name is Stephanie and I’m looking forward to getting to work with you. I primarily utilize Zocdoc for referrals. I use Headway to process my client’s insurances and where I conduct my Telehealth appointments. Below is a link for you to use, it will take you to my Headway profile. There you will be able to input your insurance information, complete consents and the intake paperwork. After you complete the insurance information and consents you will be able to schedule your appointment. The day before the appointment you will be emailed a link that will connect you to the telehealth appointment.
