Dallas Breathe Free Sinus & Allergy Centers is here to serve your sinus, allergy, congestion, breathing and all other general ear nose and throat issues. We strive to provide state of the art care even have a CT scanner in our office! No need to visit a radiology center or the hospital and those long lines anymore. We can complete ALL sinus related treatments in the office under local anesthesia, avoiding the risks and costs of general anesthesia.

Ty the medical assistant was so nice, and did a thorough pre exam before Courtney the NP came in. He was calm and explained everything very well. Courtney was phenomal as well. She explained exactly what was going on with enthusiasm and confidence. The cherry on top was that they knew exactly how to help me within moments of meeting me. This was one of the best doctor appointments I’ve have had (probably ever). I have already given out referrals to coworkers an family. Thank you again!

Great customer service I was able to get the help I needed. The staff was helpful and explained everything to me showed me the CT Scan and explained the treatment procedure and preventative treatment. Everything went fine. I didn’t meet the Dr which was fine- but it’s hard to review him when I didn’t meet him.
Everyone was very nice and definitely very regimented and thorough. They have a system that seems to hold things together.
I will go back if needed and would definitely recommend them.

I was seen by their AMAZING PA COURTNEY LESLIE! She’s as good as Dr. M. Trimble! Fantastic!!! Never in a rush always caring and willing to listen to everything. His Physician assistant, needs a raise. She was very attentive. Always made eye contact, was well educated and aware of my situation, very empathetic and patient and now came up with the solution it’s going to be fixable with Sx in 2 more weeks. And I’m not even nervous. From front staff receptionist to, the medical asst who took my blood pressure to the Sx scheduler. Give everyone a raise they were all seriously great ??

After being in pain for almost one month I was relieved to find Dr trimble, I was very happy at the beginning to find some one in the network and after spending a lot of time uploading info and confirmed my appointment day and time. They called me a few minutes before my appointment to tell me that my insurance wasn't accepted. they didn't bother to do anything for me, no referrals, no exceptions even do I was in pain. I'm very disappointed and still looking for a ENT DOCTOR

The procedure to look inside my sinuses was not painful and she explained in great detail what she was seeing with the scope. She also reviewed the CT imaging with me and developed my treatment plan. I was so impressed, and I am a retired medical professional. Great office. I will refer my family and friends without hesitation!!
