First off, I am extremely terrified of dentist’s! Like deathly afraid because of terrible experiences in the past. I came in for dental work and was greeted by extremely kind staff and they were super professional. They were accommodating and patient. The dentist and assistants were super receptive, alleviating all the stress and dread I had. I highly recommend this location and their professionals for all your dental needs. They do amazing work and are super knowledgeable while making sure you feel safe and comfortable.

Since I was a new patient, I arrived early and since I already filled out my forms ahead of time, I was seen right at my appointment time. Staff was friendly and all my concerns were covered. Scheduling my next visits were also very straight forward and easy to set up.

I was happy with your clinic until this pandemic. Without naming any names, I saw an employee attempt to shake a patient's hand (without gloves) and a doctor with his/her nose not covered by a mask. I'm not exactly sure what the guidelines are about staggering patient visits, but it made me uncomfortable to hear another patient being worked on a few feet away.

Very Professional and compassionate, They will even help put your bill into an installment so you can pay and give you a detail print out explaining every thing , some of us are not fortunate to go to the dentist but when we are it is nice to go here they do not make you feel bad for just starting out trying to repair and fix your teeth and gums now that you are able to . They are amazing

He explained a lot and helped me understand my teeth and how my health was. He was also very personable which I enjoyed as we talked about Florida and the bay area.
However his office staff and overall experience was average. The front desk ignored me - I had to ask for paperwork to fill out instead of being told to fill it out. And then I didn't go back to the dental work area until 30 mins after my scheduled appointment.

Had a filling done and was rushed out to the "cashier". Had to insist to go back and that some of the edges are polished first. That was also rushed and food kept getting stuck. I ended up going to another dentist to get the whole thing redone.

Dr. Juan is wonderful! She is meticulous about her work and was able to identify several issues that previous orthodontists never even addressed. I would highly recommend the Dental Zone team!

I am visiting Dr Hatami since December. He is great specialist, he always provide important details (what is fine after visit and what should I pay attention to). He tries to make as less intervention as possible to fix tooth. Although it happened couple of times that he was too busy (may be have 2 patients at a time) and not very detailed, also you have to wait.
Overall: really good doctor, whom I trust, but office work not always great (most time it is)

I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Hatami. He answered all of my questions and explained a great deal of dental science to me as we went through my x-rays. Viewing the X-rays was very easy too as he had a TV to display them easily visible from the dental chair. I was very impressed with how quickly he saw me and the depth of care.

Best dentist I've seen in a long time. He explained all issues to me in a calm manner, alleviating any anxiety I might have. He also performed the cleaning himself because he wanted to be extra careful and thorough. Financing staff were clear in explaining my share of cost and were flexible with my schedule to arrange follow-up appointments. Very highly recommend!
