The staff at HOCO derm is top notch. I used to see Dr. Risonis before he retired and he was an excellent doctor. Now i see Dr. Girradi and he too is an excellent kind knowledgeable doctor

The experience was excellent with the possible exception of the website. The documents are presented so you can fill them out prior to your first visit but there seems to be an issue with several Adobe pdf files not opening. This was on 12/3/21 and it was reported so hopefully that has been solved. Otherwise i found the doctor and his staff to be quite professional. I felt that they were open about letting me know what to expect and answered all of my questions.

Meredith was great, she was upbeat and explained what she was doing and why. She was also very nice and chatted to distract me from the needles and scalpels. The rest of the staff acted as if I was bothering them. If it wasn't for Meredith, I would not come back to this practice.
