Our practice specializes in the evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, insomnia, and other psychiatric disorders.
We believe in a patient-centered, holistic approach that considers each individual's emotional, psychological, physical, and social well-being. We emphasize collaborative treatment planning, patient education, and shared decision-making to ensure that every patient feels heard, respected, and actively involved in their care.
Led by a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, our practice combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion.
Through convenient telehealth services, we strive to make high-quality mental healthcare accessible, confidential, and tailored to each patient's unique needs.

My visit was just as good as the first one she is wonderful a great listener and she is very knowledgeable as well as patient. I would recommend her any day of the week she's awesome. And I can't say that about any of the other physicians that I've seen over the years. They're impatient and they don't listen and more importantly they only refer you to places you really don't belong at with unnecessary tests. I love my physician on ZocDoc Sharon is awesome she is one of a kind and I wouldn't trade her for the world.
