Dr. Nguyen due to his familiarity with the illness was correct and quick to give a diagnosis. Medications to address symptoms were prescribed immediately which were picked up the same day from the pharmacy.
Terrible and not worth the time or money. Not only was the dr an hour late, but was not knowledgeable or remotely concerned with my health at hand and was blunt in trying to close the consultation of a full 15 minutes - whereby I reached a point that I was already in too much pain to comprehend this experience. On top of this, the staff is incredibly rude.

The wait was really extensive. The receptionists were very cold and not welcoming. When I finally met with the doctor, he was pleasant and explained that he was the only doctor onsite, which was the reason for the delay. He was thorough in his explanations to me with regards to my concerns. He requested that I go offsite to have follow up tests done, a little inconvenient, as opposed to having tests performed at the facility.
Great doctor, super informative and explains everything well. Wait was the only issue as he spends a lot of time with each patient and doesn’t rush anyone so the appointments can get delayed.

Dr. Nguyen is a great doctor. He his time to make sure I understood what could be happening with my kidneys. He also sat with me and ruled different things out one by one. As a nurse I am very particular about my medical care, but Dr. Nguyen went above and beyond my expectations.

He is a great Doctor. He is so knowledgeable and he really is focused on figuring out what the issue is. He ran several test including imaging just to rule out. He patiently explained with pictures of the kidney and with his model kidney on what is going on. The front staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Very happy with every aspect of my appointment with Dr. Nguyen. I liked that he prescribed not too strong of a prescription and that he answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all and felt that he did a thorough evaluation.

Dr. Nguyen is a wonderful doctor. I've been seeing him for a few years now. He will sit with you and thoroughly explain whatever you have going on. I realize sometimes the wait can be long. But you do have to understand that he's not one of those dr's that is going to have you in for 5 minutes. You leave completely understanding anything that you have going on with your health. I can honestly say I've never been to another doctor that has been like him! Thanks Dr Nguyen!
The doctor had to tend to an emergency, which meant that he had to step out of his office for at least an hour. I arrived almost a few minutes late, so was not aware exactly how long. I have seen this doctor for more than three years. He is very consistent in his manners and how he approaches medical issues.

My visit today was very brief. I had to wait almost forty minutes even though there weren't many in the office. It's a new location at Canal and Mulberry Streets. I'm in generally good health, so there wasn't much to discuss other than the result of my blood test.
When I arrived at the office at 2:00PM (appointment for 2:15PM), I was told by the lady behind the counter that they have no record for my appointment. I told them that ZocDoc emailed me that the appointment was confirmed by Dr. Nguyen's office. They were very nice to squeezed me in because I was from Brooklyn (one hour travel time). ... *ZocDoc did a terrible job in handling the appointment. *Dr. Nguyen"s office did an excellent job to keep the patient happy. *As usual, Dr. Nguyen is a very good physician.
