Waited 45 min to see doctor for a simple wax removal, was forced to undergo a hearing test despite telling technician I just had one at a different doctor. Finally saw Capo who stated “oh it’s a just a small amount of wax” and was done in 30 seconds. 2 hours for wax removal- ridiculous! Never again.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Capo is also friendly and thorough with his exam and explains what he is doing and what the results are. He listens to what you have to say. I would definitely recommend Dr. Capo to anyone.

The staff was friendly and the doctor listened to my complaints and gave me a solution. He did not rush me and even helped with a concern I wasn’t there for. The only thing was the wait time was was long. My appointment was at 11:15 and they didn’t see me until 12:15 then another 45 minutes. So if you are in a rush don’t go

Dr. Capo was just as wonderful as the online ratings said. He listened, didn’t rush me and found a solution to my problem.
Everyone in the office was very nice. My appointment was 10:30 and I was seen, tested, diagnosed and on my way by 11:15.
