We combine evidence-based clinical care with a private education platform to become your go-to resource for menopause care, support, and community…everything you need to thrive during this 8-10 year transition (and beyond!).
Our clinicians come from a range of backgrounds in primary care, gynecology, and other facets of women’s health, and are further trained in menopause medicine, with certification by The Menopause Society.

Blown away by this amazing service! Almost seems too be good to be true, in comparison to the hoops I've jumped through and the treatment I've received from my existing providers. Elektra took my insurance when no one else would, and I had an appointment with my choice of providers within days of signing up ... She explained everything clearly, knew which meds my insurance will take, and took the time to understand my journey to determine what we will focus on first. This platform does not meet the needs of someone requiring intensive or optimization-style hormone therapy. My intake form, including past surgeries, was not accessible, leaving the provider unprepared. Her response to my use of compounded hormones felt dismissive, though both compounded and Elektra Health hormones require trial-and-error. I’ve been on full HRT for nine months locally but learned testosterone can’t be prescribed online unless the provider is in-state—information that should be clear upfront. Questions about my recent surgery (endometriosis/adenomyosis) went unanswered, highlighting fragmented care. No labs offered, only symptom based diagnosis; complex patients need comprehensive monitoring, which my local clinic provides every three months. This platform suits basic menopause symptom relief but not my needs. No criticism of the provider, who was constrained by the platform.

Although it was a nice meeting, I did feel it was rushed. I do not feel as though I was educated clearly on taking HRT and therefore have feared starting it. The doctor was very nice and the experience was comfortable. I just wasn’t provided enough information to feel comfortable starting the HRT protocol.
