Dr. Palle was fantastic! I haven’t seen a doctor for my mental health since being in HS and did not realize how bad it had gotten. She’s an amazing listener, asked great questions, and really helped me get through touch conversations by giving her own personal experience and helping me to not feel alone. It didn’t even feel like an appt, rather talking to a good friend. She is understanding, kind, and an overall supportive physician and I’m so lucky to have found her. She’s helped me with starting out a treatment plan to see what will work best for me in the long run. I am so appreciative of her and can’t wait to see the impact this will have on my journey in bettering my mental health. Thank you again Dr. Palle!

She spent about 15 minutes talking about her life story and treated me as if I knew nothing even though I had JUST told her I had been seeing psychiatrists for years. When I told her that I stopped using certain medications because they were messing with my heart, she stated that all medicines do that and it doesn’t matter. She constantly talked over me and treated the traumatic things in my life like they were silly little things that were easy to get through. She also completely ignored me when I said I wanted to try new medicines and said that my old ones were working just fine for me. Again she said this after going on about herself and talking over me. I guess she just wasn’t listening or didn’t care when I said repeatedly that certain medicines didn’t work for me. If you want someone insensitive and inexperienced, by all means. Book an appointment.
