At Engrace, our therapy style is rooted in compassion and trust. We provide clients a safe space to discuss their mental health symptoms and goals.
Generally, we invite our clients to describe their current situation and discuss any barriers preventing them from achieving their desired life. Questions about lifestyle, physical health, habits, routines, and emotions help us comprehensively understand each client’s situation.
We establish a client’s diagnosis using this information and may recommend psychopharmacologic intervention. Moreover, our extensive experience across various settings equips us to better understand our clients’ unique life situations.
