I felt that the interaction was judgmental, and I did not feel heard regarding my concerns. I also found the approach lacking professionalism and sympathy, which made it difficult to discuss possible solutions effectively.
I believe that a more understanding and patient approach would greatly improve the experience for future patients. I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it can be considered moving forward.

I was having issues and didn’t have a link to get into the video but the number listed for the office did not ring and hung up immediately so I was not able to meet with this doctor.

She wasn’t very empathetic or a good listener. Most sessions were shorter than 10 minutes and felt like she was trying to get off the phone as soon as possible. She would often be late to appointments as well.

Extremely attentive, and knows when someone has an idea of what they're talking about. I went with a list of self-researched concerns and told her about my symptoms and issues. She listened and laughed at my jokes when I made them, which made me feel better about going to her. She even confirmed some of my stories to be exactly what I thought.

Incredibly unprofessional. She had her staff call me 10 minutes before I was supposed to arrive at my appointment asking me to reschedule for the same day because she had work to do. I explained I scheduled my entire work day around the appointment and the new time really did not work for me and as I walked into the office I saw it was locked and pitch black. So I had no options but to take the new time. I asked if I took the new time she would absolutely see me then they promised she would. She then called me herself AFTER the appointment started claiming she had an emergency. Don’t book with her. She runs you in circles and has zero regard for your time.

The Doctor was very understanding, allowed me to give my background and heard my request. She also voiced some apprehension around previous care, which I appreciated as it validated what I thought as well, without having to say it. She was very thorough and asked to do a follow up.
