Estee Hirsch
I am a relational psychoanalyst by training, which means I focus on how your present and past intersect and its impact on who you are today. I see adults for individual and couples' therapy and cater my practice to meet the unique needs of each of my patients. In session we will work together to understand your inner life, focusing on what motivates you to be who you are.
I believe my job as your therapist is to work with you to create a safe environment for you to feel comfortable exploring the difficult thoughts and feelings that come up for you. It is through the insights discovered in sessions that we can start working to create the change in your life you are hoping for.
Service and Fees:
I do not take insurance, however I supply receipts for out-of-network reimbursement, those who have out of network coverage can receive substantial reimbursement depending on the insurance company. My fees ranges from $200-$300 and I do have a sliding scale for those who are experiencing financial hardships or restraints.

From day one Estee has been accommodating with our visits. As I grew up Orthodox Jewish, I could not imagine what coming out would be like without her support. Over the past year and a half seeing Estee has enhanced my life in such a profound way. I feel like I took the red pill and I’m no longer in the Matrix. The journey of life has been challenging, Estee has reminded me that I can feel, yet I can also allow myself to feel good.
