I booked my appointment with Evelyn Arellano based on her ratings. She wasn’t even scheduled to be there that day. I saw someone else. That was disappointing. Person I saw was fine and referred me to an Endodontist. Saw the endo same day, had a root canal. That was a Friday Was told to contact Evelyn’s office first thing Monday to schedule final filling for that tooth. Called Evelyn’s office first thing on Monday to schedule filling. Also told them I found out I have dental insurance and gave them the info. Woman on phone told me “if we can verify your insurance, we’ll call you back”. Then hung up. I have no idea why they needed to verify my insurance prior to booking appt. And I don’t know why they wouldn’t call back otherwise. They finally returned my Monday morning call on Friday afternoon. By that time, I had already scheduled the filling elsewhere. They seemed miffed when that was my response.
