With more than 25 years experience as a therapist, I have had the privilege of helping adults navigate life's challenges, heal from difficult experiences, and create meaningful change. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns and substance use issues. I am also trained in EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) and incorporate EMDR when appropriate to help clients process distressing experiences and move beyond patterns that may be keeping them stuck. Whether you are struggling with something that has happened recently, carrying experiences from the past, or simply feeling that something in your life needs to change, you don't have to figure it out alone.
