Front staff acknowledged me right away and got me checked in immediately and didn’t need to have me do anything but take my payment. I only waited maybe 10 minutes to see John and he was very pleasant and listened without interrupting me. He made eye contact while I was talking and explained the whole process clearly and effectively. My whole experience was pleasant.
