Although I had to wait almost an hour to be seen, 58 minutes to be exact. Dr. Choe was very informative and her bedside manner was excellent! She made sure I was properly informed of my options and gave me choices depending on my budget. I highly recommend her.

I recently visited this eye doctor and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and well-mannered, making me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. The wait time was minimal, which was a huge plus. Dr. Jinyoung Choe was fantastic—very attentive to my concerns and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Will Absolutely recommend to friends. I went in early as my pain worsened and Beatrice at the front desk (I hope I have the name right, was not focused due to pain) was very helpful and kind. Dr Choe is excellent and compassionate . She is a good listener, and explained the cause of pain well . She called multiple ophthalmologists for a follow up and got me an appointment same day which I would not have gotten otherwise. Thank you dr. Choe

This experience was as good as I could’ve expected. Dr. Choe’s team was helpful and patient. I saw Dr. Choe within 10 mins of arriving to the office. She was very helpful, clear, and understanding of the issue that I came to address. She even offered a referral to someone who may be able to provide more guidance and assistance to resolve my issue. Highly recommended!

I was admitted to the hospital for Periorbital Cellulitis and was still getting a bit of swelling. Also, while in the hospital the nurse administered a medication in my eye that was supposed to go around my eye which caused me to have scratches on cornea. The doctor knew exactly the medications I needed for both issues. I appreciate her more than she knows.

The appointment went well and the doctor was great in listening and communicating clearly. I stated my issues and the doctor was able to provide clear answers. I will be returning. My only complaint is I had frames that I wanted to use for the new prescription. The lenses are expensive and they make you sign a waiver stating they aren't responsible if the frames are damaged during lens replacement.

Great Dr but the practice takes forever to get your lens/frames. No follow-ups are given when you pass the window your given when the frames are supposed to be in. Not good customer service unfortunately
