I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Tran, she was absolutely amazing! She did a great job explaining what we were doing and how my prescription has changed over the last year. I was there for a couple of hours so if you’re in a tine crunch just be aware of that. Otherwise I definitely would recommend Dr. Tran!

Dr Rafaella tran is very professional in her field , she listen and explain everyrhing for me . Even the other staff members are alao very nice and helpful. I surely will surely recomend them to my friends.

I went for a glaucoma screening and they were all very thorough in my care. All my questions were answered succinctly. The future of the Resident that attended to my preliminary care is very promising. She was very professional in every way.

I really like the doctor. That being said, it was the longest optometry appointment I've ever had. I've never had so many scans done, and it took well over an hour. I wasn't given any information about what the scans were for either which I didn't love. The woman who worked at the front desk was not very nice and seem annoyed when I politely told her I was headed to another appointment and couldn't wait for 15 minutes for her to check me out. It wasn't the worst doctor appointment I've ever had but it certainly wasn't the best either. I'm not sure if I'll go back.

It was a very busy day for them at the office so it took a while to see the doctor but as soon as I informed them I had a time constraint they did their best to fit me in as soon as possible.

I enjoyed this visit! Dr. Tran has an amazing intern who helped me most of the appointment. I would have liked to see Dr. Tran more, but no major complaints since the intern was fabulous. I felt like the appointment went much longer than it needed to be. I think overall, I would come back!

Good and thorough exam. Chose this provider because they took my insurance (according to Zocdoc) but it turns out they did not. They did call me in advance to confirm insurance information, so I knew ahead of time and they were able to provide me with an accurate estimate for the visit. The wait time for the appointment was very long - over 30 minutes. Felt strange to me that no one communicated with me during this time or acknowledged how long I was waiting. This was my first visit there, but if this is the norm at this practice I probably won't be going back.
