Appointment was on time. Friendly appointment reminders, easy check in, greeted nicely and felt welcome, thorough exam, the doctor was friendly, a good listener and explained things well. The lady helping me order my glasses was the best at helping me find a frame that looked good on me and also in explaining the lens I will be getting. Overall very happy!

Everyone on staff was so friendly and welcoming and seemed happy to be there. This was my first time at an eye doctor and everything went so smoothly and I felt cared for. I kinda wish my eyesight was worse so that I could stop by for appointments more often! :)

I’ve been coming to this office for several years and have never had anything less than excellent service. Everyone is friendly and take the time to make sure everything is explained properly. If there were anything that could be improved on, I would suggest adding photos of the available frames with a price point so that people could have the chance to look at eyewear before their appointment. If customers/clients utilized that feature, it would help reduce the amount of time spent looking through the frames. You could already have an idea of what you are looking for and then try them on while you are waiting to go back for your appointment. But, that’s a super nit picky thing because I’ve never felt rushed to pick out frames.
The doctor is very thorough and professional. He answers any questions I have. The staff were very kind and helpful. My new glasses came in less than a week!

Dr Fettig has been my eye doctor for practically my whole life. He is great. He was running REALLY behind at my recent appointment and it would have been nice to receive a courtesy call about that.

Quick friendly service. But I would have liked to be told that they use their own lab to make the glasses. So I needed to buy insurance coverage, When I pay for my eye insurance and choose to come to them. When my insurance has a warranty on my glasses if their lab is used.
Warm and inviting atmosphere. I've been coming to Dr Fettig for 25 years and have brought several people with me because of feeling comfortable and taken care of.
I always seem to have an issue with my new lenses after I get them. I don't know if it is a problem with the lab? Dr. Todd and the rest of the staff are great!

Dr. Fettig has always been concerned & caring about my ocular histoplasmosis especially making referrals for treatment. Staff is the same. Once in an exam room though wait times are a bit too long .

A tad expensive compared to other offices, but highly recommend regardless. Dr. Temple was very thorough in explanations, and it was very appreciated.
They worked me in extremely fast when I was experiencing eye pain. They were very professional and thorough in the exam and relating a cause and treatment. They can't really improve much from the rating I gave since I don't rate anyone as perfect. :-)
I had never met Dr. Temple before and she was lovely! She explained to me what tests she was doing and why. She also was able to show my some photos of my eye and the parts she was looking at to make sure all is well. I felt involved in the process and that was very comforting!
Dr. Temple is congenial and knowledgeable, so I feel very comfortable during my eye examination. She explains things very well. Staff were all pleasant to be around.

The doctor and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. However, I have had trouble getting through to someone when I've tried to call and have had to leave multiple voicemails before actually speaking with someone. I also had to wait almost an hour for my appointment.
Dr. Temple is very knowledgeable in her services and if I had questions she answered them. She is very kind and understanding. So is her staff. They go above and beyond.

The staff was apparently having a pajama day at work, which I find unprofessional. When I reminded the person who was ready to fit and take a lens replacement order that I continue to needed actual glass lenses because of my occupation, she said that their lab does not do glass lenses. That is not her fault, rather the Eye Clinic does not have the supply stream that my eye care requires. I asked where else in town does serve clients with glass lenses and she gave me three options, from which I chose one and as taken care of. Warsaw Family Eye Care former had provided this service, but apparently have changed their suppliers to one who cannot meet my needs.
WE GET IN DEPTH EXAMS THAT LOOK FOR FUTURE PROBLEMS. I KNOW YOU CAN FIND SHOPS THAT WILL GIVE YOU AN EXAM AND GLASSES FOR VERY FEW DOLLARS. AS YOU WALK TO YOUR CAR, ARE YOU COMFORTABLE NOT KNOWING IF YOU HAVE GLAUCOMA OR CATARACTS? YOU SAVED MONEY RIGHT NOW, I'LL SAVE MY EYESIGHT!!!
I've used Dr. TABITHA Temple since she took over the eye care from her predisessor. I've had glasses since I was 5. This last experience was terrible. The glasses kept having to be reshaped for my face. The lenses give me migraines and It's been almost a month and I still don't have e my contacts! Nor my lenses corrected. They blame it on a new system that they have had since October.
I was very pleased with the service I received from everyone from the minute I walked in. Every one was very helpful and friendly. I also enjoyed the music they had on the intercom. It was positive music and put me in a good mood. Thank you!

During my appointment I was made fun of by one of the girls who helps with glasses selection because I was very emotional over the thought of obvious bifocals and I couldn’t afford the nonobvious option. I have always been insecure about my looks and made my eyesight worse refusing to wear glasses as a kid because I got made fun of. Yes I cried, I also have diagnosed PTSD and get triggered. She sat me back in the room because I wanted to talk to the dr more about my options and while sitting in the room alone trying to calm myself down I could clearly hear her making fun of me outside the room to people because I started crying. Not everyone is happy about having glasses or not having the option not to, it was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate.
