Dr. Lowell Davis has a great bedside manner. He makes me feel like I'm being heard. He never tries to push anything that he does not think would be beneficial or could worsen things. He instead is very thoughtful and cautious in suggesting or possibly implementing anything, always taking into full consideration my medical history. After dealing with chronic pain for such a long time, accepting it as a part of my daily life, I finally feel like there is hope. I am very grateful for his care.
Also, how could I forget the wonderful staff. I feel welcomed every time. Everyone works in tandem with each other to keep the office running smoothly resulting in very short wait times. The office itself is clean and very spacious. I highly recommend Dr. Lowell and this practice. Thank you again!!!!

I got to the office in such pain that it was difficult to describe. Dr. Lowell Davis was so professional and understood how I was feeling. He was courteous and polite. I was amazed when he shook my hand and introduced himself, he too his time to listen to my history. Those are qualities difficult to find these days in a doctor.
The staff went the extra mile to accommodate my needs; they were with me before, during, and after the procedure. They help me to walk to my huber and carry out my bag.
I am very pleased with the care I received, as my first time in a Spine and pain center. I think I have found my new best friend.

I felt taken care of. Based on reviews, I made an appointment and saw Dr. Lowell. I was in a tremendous amount of pain. Dr. Lowell and the entire staff made me feel supported and cared for. They went above and beyond to assist me and get me the help that I needed. I also have to add, short wait time, very clean facility and very accommodating. I highly recommend!!! ??

TERRIBLE WAIT TIME. My appointment was at 10am. I arrived at 9:45am as instructed. I was not seen by the DR until 11: 30 am.
Nice office, the DR was very nice & pleasant but the waiting overshadowed the experience

The appt. was to see Dr. Davis, but instead I was seen by an ARNP. While she was professional, the appointment felt very rushed. Dr. Davis briefly stopped at the doorway to say hello but never entered the exam room or participated in my evaluation. the staff for scheduling treatment informed me that I was already scheduled for late June. I explained that I was experiencing significant pain and asked whether an earlier appointment might be available. I was told that they would contact me if insurance authorization was received sooner.
My appointment took place on June 2, as of today, no authorization request has even been submitted to my ins. I have called multiple times to follow up, but no one answers the phone. Calls are routed through an AI system, I left several messages, I have not received a return call. People seeking pain management because they are suffering and looking for relief.
I sought care from another provider. They obtained authorization on the very same day.

Wonderful experience. The doctor has a great bedtime manner. I was given a thorough examination. I felt that he was truly concerned and cared about helping me. The Dr. had the information he needed, in hand, and was clear on what the issues were as well as what could be done to alleviate the pain and the problem. He was warm and friendly and comforting i that he made me feel that the problem could be taken care of.

Yes, I’d go back. Except one thing: I was instructed to pre-check on Zocdoc on my iPhone but, when I arrived, the front desk could not find it anywhere on their computer. Again, they asked me to filling it out on paper. What a waste of time.
I do not trust Zocdoc!!!!!!!!

Best pain management in South Florida! I've been with Dr. Paul E. Roa for nearly a decade and Dr. Roa knows his stuff! I always seek professionals who are passionate about their work. Whenever I encounter people that are not, I simply move on. Thankfully, Dr. Roa, (and nearly ALL of the staff), is caring and passionate about what he does. He uses the most modern and sophisticated methods and equipment in his practice and it SHOWS! (,,,or rather FEELS!) End even though, whenever I arrive to my appointments, the waiting room is moderately to VERY busy, (no surprise there!), I am always taken in and attended to very promptly! It's almost a feeling of, "Welcome back to the good old American-style medical practice!"
Seriously, if you have spinal pain issues get to Dr. Paul E. Roa! If your insurance doesn't cover his practice, get some that DOES! (It's worth the switch if you're really hurting!)

Went for appointment twice. Fist time waited in exam room for over a hour. Started walking out , nurse saw me leaving and ran for Dr. second appointment waited in waiting room for 35 mins checking with front desk was told it was going to be quite a wait. 3 people in exam rooms and three wait before me. Would have easily been another hour are longer. Left with never seeing Dr. He has sense of time. Would not recommend under any circumstance!

I had a very positive experience with Dr.Paul. The doctor was attentive, patient, and took the time to carefully listen to all of my concerns without rushing. I felt truly heard and understood throughout the appointment.
