Appointment never made it to their system. Said ZocDoc doesn't work for them, so not sure why they're even on it. Wasn't able to reschedule me as the provider is all booked.

The office contacted me and again asked me the same questions they did one week ago. Apparently all of my medical information was lost. They also received nothing from zocdoc. The office staff were rude. Also my appointment was delayed for 2 hours from 2:30 to 4:30 and they never sent me a video link. Sue Allen the MA tried to be helpful but Bianca the office manager was dismissing. Im not sure of the process but wont use this system again. I hope the physician understands that his office is undermining him. Im happy to discuss with the physician and I hope he reviews the audio of the 30 minute call.

They were unaware of my appointment and rude to me from the moment i walked. I decided not to be seen after all due to rudeness, unawareness of appointment, and after showing them all the texts I received to confirm appointment and filling out forms online, they still wanted me to redo forms. I refused. I’ll find another gastro doctor!

I was not satisfied with my experience with this doctor. I found the interaction to be unprofessional, as I felt that my concerns and comments were not given the attention they deserved. Good communication and listening are very important when it comes to patient care, and unfortunately, I did not feel that was the case during my visit. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this doctor.

I had a good experience with Dr. Franco. She doesn't waste time, and got the ball rolling, I have the feeling of food getting stuck and might have Crohn's disease therefore she order a colonoscopy and endoscopy plus gastric emptying test. Looking forward starting a treatment plan with Dr. Franco. I got a good vibe from her. The office visit was great and office staff was pleasent. Thanks.

Dr. Franco Corso was very courteous, prompt, and attentive. She listened to all my questions and provided very helpful advice and insight. She helped address my concerns. The office staff and nurses were polite and helpful. I would recommend this doctor’s office, and I would go back again in the future.

The staff claimed they never received my appointment even with the confirmation they were shown. The doctor refused to see me without medical records. They text repeatedly saying they were trying to reach me, but wouldn't answer the phone nor return calls. This office is unorganized and blames patients for their ineptitude.They shouldn't post appointments they can't fulfill. I left with absolutely nothing but excuses, frustration, and disappointment. Zero stars and I don't recommend.

Terrible. The appointment app ZOCDOC was awful. Thought I had successfully booked an appointment only to find that it wasn't an actual appointment, and a Scheduler called me back to make the actual appointment. Tried unsuccessfully to make an appointment with a phone call to the office's main number. The answering message said to leave a message and I'd receive "immediate assistance". Over a day without a call back. Part of the appointment scheduling process is to provide important confidential information to the ZocDoc app over the cell phone - DOB, Social Security number, photo copy of Driver's License, photo copy of medical insurance card, etc. Eventually I cancelled my appointment with this doctor's office. I am going to see a different doctor.
