At Grace Wellness, we believe that mental health care should be personalized, compassionate, and centered around each individual’s unique needs. Comfort Obamwonyi, PMHNP, APRN, provides evidence-based psychiatric and behavioral health care in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
Our practice offers comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, personalized medication management, and behavioral health support for adults and young adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, mood disorders, stress, burnout, grief, and emotional regulation difficulties.
We take the time to understand each patient’s concerns, history, and treatment goals before developing an individualized care plan. Our collaborative approach encourages patients to be actively involved in their treatment and feel comfortable discussing their mental health needs.
Virtual appointments are available, providing convenient and accessible mental health care from the comfort and privacy of your home. New patients are welcome, and we are committed to helping each person take meaningful steps toward improved mental well-being.

I was hesitant to express my feelings in the presence of someone I just met, or chose from a page of faces and accolades. This was the exact thing that I needed to start a healing process, that should have been in motion a long time ago. She was very understanding and willing to listen when she could have cut me off and thrown a medication to me. She truly cared enough to take her time and gave me reassurance that I would be okay and she would take her time to adjust my complicated medication list, and would be in contact with me to let me know now what she had decided. She also planned a follow up for next week which is even more exciting, if you’re covered by insurance with her in network, don’t pass up the opportunity to get to work with, Comfort, if I had the money I would chose to pay out of pocket. I finally feel there is hope and a chance that therapy could be the answer to a better life for me and my loved ones.

She had openings the day of that I booked and she also called beforehand to be sure everything was ready for the appointment. There was no wait time at all and she was very comfortable to talk too .
