Very positive experience thus far with Laura at Grit. She is a compassionate and considerate listener, able to take in information and provide feedback in a constructive, thoughtful manner. Since beginning my sessions, I have already felt more self-aware, set up for success, and overall less troubled by the stresses which were responsible for my visitations.

The provider initially informed me that couples therapy was available during my consultation. However, upon my first visit after the consultation, I was informed that this option was no longer available.
During my registration, video call sessions were mentioned as an option, but it wasn’t specified whether the sessions required a camera or not. When I visited again after the consultation, I was unable to participate in a video chat session with the camera on. Consequently, the provider rescheduled my session because I was required to be on camera without any valid explanation.
Interestingly, I had been on video chat with my camera on during the consultation, which allowed the provider to identify me.
