I started this dream to combine weight-loss, Psychiatry & to help achieve a balance in our life. I have partnered with different people in delivering care to the absolute perfection utilizing tele-health and specialty pharmacies to deliver convenience and excellence.

I am a graduate of Purdue and currently a member of American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Obesity Medical Association. My work experience is in Family Practice, Neurology, Psychiatry, General Surgery, Men's Health. Medical Weight-loss and Bariatric Surgery which includes Lap-Band Adjustment.

Dr. has been great all around. The whole process etc. I do live in a remote area and at one point either Ham or I will have an issue with our service so we completed the appointment via phone call. Doctor explained everything etc. and it was a follow up appointment as well.

Dr. Cortado and his team are extraordinarily bad and unprofessional. Also it is impossible to reach him or his team, as he does not have a working phone number, just a number for texting that he or his secretary will answer in their own time. Please do not use Dr. Cortado or his services - there are far better, more competent providers you can find on zocdoc.

Upon my first visit with Patrick we got off to. great start, I lamented I believe telehealth is the future and private practices such as this one meet my needs very well in the day we live in. He understood whole heartedly and proceeded to tell me this is why he offers this practice.
I've been working with Patrick for several months now and will continue to be a patient as long as he offers this service .

The doctor was punctual and got straight to business. The staff and his secretary are so responsive it's really a relief to finally have people that are interested in helping me as well as being able to contact them whenever I need. Dr Cortado listened well and was honest and thoughtful with his advice.
