Dr Gunn was very personable and knowledgeable. He had reviewed my history before I saw him and was up to date after taking over for my previous doctor who retired recently.

Dr. Gunn was great! It was just a consultation visit about some general symptoms, and he really listened and didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time. He answered all my questions and didn't act like it was a bother. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing. I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased with the visit.

He took the time to thoroughly review my records. Discussed in details my ongoing symptoms and health concerns. He made a diagnosis and ordered some additional tests to rule out any other health concerns. I finally got a diagnosis that I have been chasing for years! I highly recommend Dr. Gunn.

Dr Gunn had reviewed my recent lengthy hospital stay and was very prepared to discuss follow-up. He presented a great understanding of what had occurred and where to go with my medical journey! The staff was great also.

Very enlightening experience, had a few “ah-ha” moments with Dr. Jasani. He is very knowledgeable, personable, excellent at explaining. I feel there are many other people that would benefit from a consult with him, you never know!

Not an active listener and was extremely dismissive. He kept cutting me off and made me feel invalidated. He at least made sure to run a test before I checked out to better be safe than sorry. The results came back, but no receptionist/doctor recommend an earlier follow up appointment but are quick to sell me equipment prior to a follow up.

The staff was very helpful. I have always appreciated Dr. Kaplan - he communicates what he knows, what he finds helpful, and follows through with notes of the appointment.
The office is clean but it is showing wear and tear.
The staff is very friendly and helpful at check in as well as taking vitals.

This was my first appt with Dr. Kaplan. Although I had been to this office before, for several appts almost 3 years ago, that doctor has since retired. I liked Dr. Kaplan right away: he had a warm manner and I was impressed when it had become clear he had read up on labs, prescriptions and radiology reports in my file--surprisingly, I've noticed not all doctors take the time before the appt. I do have to note that he advised me that he was an "in patient" doctor, which I took to mean if I had an emergency that put me in the hospital, he would not be the follow-up doctor. (I could be wrong, as I didn't ask him at the time to clarify his role. I though his treatment advised was in line with what I was expecting at that time, especially since he knew I was having a CT scan the next week and would be interested in the results. He then had me schedule a follow-up appt for the week after. I definitely would recommend him, based on a first appt, but do note the "in patient" status.

For this visit, I immediately felt relaxed. My check-in was easy and all questions answered by pleasant front office staff

Dr. Chance was very personably and made me feel comfortable from the moment he walked into the room. He took the time to learn my history before making recommendation. He was patient and showed genuine interest in knowing what I was experiencing.

Dr. Chance Lewis is very nice, he took time with the patient. Answer all quests we have. He also allowed my daughter(pharmacist) to listen and ask him question about the patient by phone. The nurse and receptionist are very friendly. The office is far from my house but I still want to come to see him again.

I went out of wellstar to book an appointment here, because wellstar had me waiting for a month and my condition is serious. After trying to get help at the e.r. twice, I was glad to get an appointment here. Unfortunately so far it hasn't gone well, more time is needed for a diagnosis and meanwhile things are getting worse and there's nothing I can do. I felt like my concerns weren't taken seriously and I felt like I could barely get a word in. There was also no encouragement. I hope things change but so far aside from the staff this hasn't been a good visit. I will gladly change my review if I could just get some help.
