Ms. Halliday is a phenomenal therapist that has helped me tremendously. I am not a talk it out feeling your feelings will solve your problems kinda guy. She has centered my approach around practical and logical solutions with an action plan that works. She is flexible with appointments which was a must for me. I would highly recommend her even for those seeking traditional therapy as she is extremely versed in multiple disciplines, philosophies, and programs. She will manage your care according to your needs and what works best for you.
