My approach combines evidence-based medicine with careful attention to lifestyle, nutrition, mental health, and each patient’s individual goals. Health Outside the Box provides primary care, urgent care, women’s health, fertility and PCOS support, weight management, anxiety care, and men’s health services, including evaluation of low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, hair loss, and weight concerns. Same-day appointments are available for common needs such as UTIs, sinus symptoms, medication management, preventive care, and health screenings. Patients receive transparent guidance, individualized recommendations, and a clear follow-up plan. Prescription policy: Health Outside the Box does not prescribe benzodiazepines, controlled pain medications, stimulant medications, promethazine-codeine, or Suboxone. Examples include Xanax, clonazepam, lorazepam, Adderall, Norco, and oxycodone. Promethazine is not prescribed through telehealth visits.
