He listened and recommended I see a different therapist that could better suit my needs. If your looking for meds then he can help you out but if your like myself and would like a path with no meds then speak up and say that.

First-time patient. I had the first appointment of the day (9:00am) and wanted to change from in-person to telehealth visit. Doctor contacted me an hour before the appointment time to ask about my insurance information, and was able to accommodate my request for a virtual visit. We used google meet and I was in and out between 8:50 and 9:00am. Efficient!
I did not feel rushed, and am grateful for Dr Franks flexibility and responsiveness.

We are so very grateful for this Dr.! As new patients we were desperately searching for a mental health doctor /facilities for myself & daughter as soon as possible. He not only booked us right away but he TRULY CARES and COMMUNICATES CLEARLY WHILE LISTENING TO us personally we are forever grateful!! I highly recommend him and his practice!!
