At our first and second sessions, I was very distant with Nadia until we eventually found ourselves joking about the situation. That helped more than she probably realizes. When I’m panicky, shaky, or unsure of what mood I’ll be in, it takes me a while to warm up to someone. But she never rushed me or made me feel pressured. She met me exactly where I was, and somehow created this calm space where I could just breathe.
She pays attention—not just to what I say, but how I say it, what I avoid, and what I struggle to put into words. Little by little, she makes it easier for me to open up, as if she’s walking beside me instead of leading ahead or pushing from behind. It’s grounding. It’s comforting. And most importantly, it feels safe.
Nadia doesn’t just hear me; she gets me. And that makes all the difference.

I had a scheduled appointment with William on 4/16 at 11:00 AM CST, but he did not show up. I received a message at 11:30 AM asking to reschedule after the missed appointment. Due to the lack of communication beforehand and the missed visit, I will not be rescheduling with this provider.
