I had a very positive experience with therapy. The therapist was supportive, professional, and easy to talk to. I felt heard, understood, and never judged during my sessions. I had such a wonderful experience with Farhana! I went to her seeking an ADHD diagnosis as an adult and was extremely nervous, but she immediately made me feel comfortable, heard, and validated. She was warm, patient, and asked clear, specific questions that made it easy to explain what I’d been struggling with for years. She also thoroughly explained my medication options, including stimulants and non-stimulants, and gave me the pros and cons without pushing me toward anything.
