I did not get any instruction prior to the appointment. 30 minutes before the appoint I called the number listed for the office for instructions. A man with a very heavy accent answers after a long while with “H-hello?” I also heard a motorcycle and cars honking in the background like was outside instead of an office. He did not represent the office at all. I asked if this was the doctors office. He replied with “oh yes! Yes! Let me get your information!” I did not feel comfortable giving this man my information. I hung up. They tried calling me again but I did not pick up. They did not try to leave a voicemail with information. I felt very thrown off by this as I thought I was getting seen from a safe place to discuss mental health but instead felt I was placed in the middle of a scam. I won’t say it was a scam for sure but at the very least it was the least professional experience I have ever experienced in medical care to the point I won’t even be using zocdoc going forward.
