I am a very punctual person, I was ready at 12:30pm for my appointment time. I called several times, nobody called me back. finally about an hour later somebody tried to contact me. But I was not able to answer because I have other matters to attend to.
Being that this is my first time using this application, ?I will not be recommending this to any of my friends or family.

I have tried several psychiatrists, and she has been the only one up to date that I feel provided me with an individualized and patient-centered care approach. This office kept scheduling appointments without my knowledge, and when I of course did not show up, they charged me - multiple times. I did not proceed with whatever doctor I saw because she told me false information about medicine / hormones. Beware

Again, she was lovely. I felt heard & truly could tell she felt bad about the specifics of my situation & extenuating circumstances I’m facing & that I have been for nearly 2.5yrs—plus how they continue to impact not just my quality of life, but equally, my ability to effectively do my job leading a very big team as VP for a London based Educational technology company called Moshi Kids (& also requires me to spend in many cases months at a time in London rather than at my home in Santa Monica). if you were to check w any CVS. Walgreens or RX unlimited, you’d be able to see prior to having to spend extended periods of time abroad for this role since Nov ‘22, I had a definitive paper trail proving a particular, steady & consistent monthly RX in CA, since at least 2008–w no issues, ever. I really can’t imagine a Dr. isn’t able to speak to a pharmacist & see patient RX history going back >than 1 yr. It simply doesn’t feel true; I felt I was being taken advantage of rather than supported.

Firstly: the doctor was lovely. I know this is not her fault. She really was kind and empathetic and I really appreciated speaking with her. However, I do feel there were inconsistencies in what was being told to me. It doesn’t make sense what my 15-yr RX for alpraz has to do with needing an EKG, given it calms heart palpitations—certainly doesn’t cause them. Or what would make it reasonable to not fill the identical RX I got in March given it’s what I’ve been on & what every Dr has validated I should be on, w no issue—ever—whatsoever from pharmacists. An EKG makes sense w an amphetamine. But—Particularly in my situation, where I’m literally in a different country without access to meds, being told I have to just deal with the panic attacks I’ve been having since I was a child and & for which I medically, legitimately, need alprazolam to manage, just feels cruel. On top of that, the appt was extremely $$$ and I already am paying out of pocket for both that & the medication.

Extremely confused because I booked an appointment with Paris but was seen by Sarah instead. I double-checked my emails and should have been seen by the correct provider. Not sure what happened but I had a strange experience and am wary of using Zocdoc moving forward.

Paris was great! She patiently listened to ALL of my concerns and maintained a thorough understanding of my goals. She worked with me and did a fantastic job breaking down multiple possible game plans moving forward. Was highly communicative going into the appointment and after.

Every visit I’ve ever had with Paris has not only been productive but very informative. She truly cares about my well being and cares enough to always inform me of next steps, best/safest options, etc. She never rushes me to move faster than I want to move, doesn’t force me to try or do something I am not comfortable with. One thing she always says is, “my goals are your goals” and I absolutely couldn’t agree more with that saying!! Her energy and aura is incredible, very vibrant and positive. I love her outlook on modern medicine and the holistic approach she combines to truly make sure you are not only taken care of with the medicine you need but at the same time you are doing it safely!! Paris, thank you for being you and being such an incredible human to me and I’m sure all of your other patients. If there is one person I’d recommend, it’s her EVERY single time. Thank you for not only being a great resource but a friend and advisor as well. 10/10 on every level, you deserve it!!

Helped me through a time I was in crisis. Got me stabilized and compassionately agreed to help me taper off certain meds. I had a terrible psychiatrist before her that misdiagnosed me and gave me meds that I had a terrible reaction too. Im grateful I found her and for the first time I’m months, I feel less anxious and able to function. I couldn’t respond to text messages or open important mail because I was paralyzed with anxiety. Her treatment allows me to function like a normal person, I am truly grateful I found her.

I would describe my experience as extremely enlightening, fresh, fruitful and helpful would be an understatement.
What stood out the most was Paris’ approach to tackling my issues and her suggested way forward to improving my mental health and wellbeing as a whole, not only for the sake of saying she did something but to ensure that it makes a lifelong change.
I would most definitely go back, without thinking twice or worrying that I will not be taken care of and would 100% recommend seeing her.
