Highly recommended Cortney—she was attentive and made me feel extremely comfortable as a new patient. Cortney made me feel at ease and provided a comprehensive plan that was easily to follow and I already feel much better despite having a few days left on my medication regimen.

The office called me to inform me I needed to fill out my paperwork before my appointment - i was in a meeting and did not see a text or email. I got the link to sign up for their app and do my intake forms AFTER my appointment was scheduled to start u called in and the receptionist told me there was nothing she could do and that I should just go see my primary care doctor

I have pretty severe Health/Medical Anxiety. I felt safe, and stabilized at this Office. I will be returning for future visits!

This doctor is a quack. I asked for bloodwork to be done for my annual physical and she refused. Told her my medical and family history that’s relevant to the bloodwork and prepared by fasting but she still refused. Also wouldn’t do anything relating to OBGYN. She wasn’t dressed in scrubs, told me to take laxatives daily, undermined what my specialist had told me, and then didn’t even say bye and had a nurse come to tell me directions on getting to the front desk. I literally over heard the nurse telling her I’d be a quick patient to she could rush my appointment and head to lunch. I called the office to ask for a follow up appointment regarding bloodwork and they never called back. This is my experience with the doctor, the rest of the staff sucked too, except for one front desk lady who could answer insurance questions. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor or health care provider for anything.

The scheduling team is absolutely atrocious with this office. They rescheduled my appointment multiple times, the last time being the day of my appt. I told them when they rescheduled the 1st time that the appt. slot was not long enough. They assured me it was. This was why they called to reschedule. I think it is very interesting that I have to give a 24hr notice should I need reschedule, or I could be charged, but they can give me a few hours notice when they need to reschedule. My appt. was on a Friday, they had all week. This was the 2nd time they rescheduled. I will find another Dr's office.

The whole experience was great. They got me in quite fast after arrival. The check in process was fast as I had already filled out the documents that they had sent to my email. The staff was very nice and very helpful. Dr. Palinka was very nice and really listened to what I had to say and planned out care steps to address my concerns. I also really like that they have a lab on site, it makes it nice if labs are ordered during your visit that you can get labs done quickly. It was a very pleasant visit.
