They don't keep appointments plain and simple my triggers have to do with people abandoning me and keeping correct appointments and never leaving me hanging and that's all this place seems to do leaves me hanging on the phone doesn't keep appointments doesn't send out links for video appointments and is never ever ever ever on time

Never showed up to the appointment. Said I was in their network and then I had to call them over and over and over until I finally was able to get through to them. And then they said that there was no appointment on their end and they did not accept my insurance, so if there is a claim sent to my insurance for this appointment, I will deny and report.

I was very comfortable talking to her. I loved the triage nurse. It was a very good experience. I’m excited to have found a new doctor and I’m excited that I can see them from home too. This is amazing! Prior to this I was having to drive out to California every single month to see my old psychiatrist so I could stay in my meds thank you thank you thank you I’m so grateful for you guys!

She was so understanding yall didnt make me feel horrible about my mental state she took the time to look for my records & got my meds. It’s hard to find a caring let alone a psychiatrist that listens. I’m glad I’ve made the change & met someone I’m happy with to manage my mental health.
