I highly recommend Dr. O he's very professional, a great listener, very attentive to your health concerns. He's the third best doctor that I've ever seen in my lifetime (this is no hype) my 1st best retired, my 2nd best sadly past away, but now I have Dr. O. I am blessed to have become his patient he is one who truly cares about you the patient and not just about billing your coverage., I will continue to see him as my PCP throughout my lifetime. If for any reason he should move to another location I will take my business to the new location. In my experience with him as his patient, in my opinion he is a great doctor, I recommend any and everyone to pay him a visit don’t take my word schedule you an appointment and see for yourself.

I love the dynamic of this office, 2 (connected) waiting areas, several specialities, well-lit but not overly bright, several front desk staff and friendly but not intrusive staff. Also, parking is not difficult (street-parking).

Dr. Augustine is one of the best doctors I've ever encountered. She is motivating and passionate about what she does and is great at it, always operates with care and is informative and knowledgeable. She has been my doctor for some time now and will continue to be. I wanna be stingy and say find your own doctor but I can't be her only patient so it's ok to be her patient too. Haha shout to Dr. Augustine!

I booked an appt on zocdoc that was not updated at the clinic. I arrived at the time given and a receptionist let me sign the wrong sign in sheet so I was not being called. when I asked why I wasn't being called they told me they apologize I was on the wrong sign in sheet. so basically that made me wait my visit was for 12 I didn't leave until 4pm. The staff overall did apologize in I had great service,

My appointment with Dr. Valeus for an annual exam was scheduled for 9AM and I didn't get in to see her until well after 10AM. This I believe was due to the clinic's very heavy patient load. Dr. Valeus' intern documented my issues in the computer system, then Dr. Valeus came in for the exam. She was very attentive, communicative and knowledgeable. She discussed some of my pressing issues in detail, made recommendations/referrals and sent medications to the pharmacy promptly. I left the visit feeling believed, for once. She even went the extra mile to call me the following day to see how I was feeling with the new medication. That is commendable. I plan to follow-up with Dr. Valeus in future.

Long wait time (2 hours and I was a few minutes late) aside, I am glad I saw the doctor I booked. I was surprised I didn’t have bloodwork done but that happens later in April so I guess it’s ok. I do hope the residents she oversees are as diligent as she is. Hopefully the wait time will be shorter the next time I go in. I need a doctor who listens and believes me so hopefully this will be my new one!

Check in was very easy and fast. Staff was friendly and try to make the most of your wait time by conduction labs while you wait to see the doctor. Though the wait was long, Dr. Desir's bedside manner is exceptional! Very friendly and knowledgeable while being straightforward and clear about what is best for your health.

I had a very disappointing experience with this office regarding my recent appointment. I was originally scheduled for an appointment which obviously requires an in-person visit for a blood draw. On the day of the appointment, I received a call from Anthony de Jesus informing me that my visit had been switched to telehealth. When I questioned how appointment testing could be performed over the phone, the concern was dismissed. I was told the provider was unavailable, but that I would receive a call from "Dr. O" sometime between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
It is now 8:30 PM, and I have yet to receive a call or any follow-up instructions. Switching a diagnostic appointment to a virtual one without a plan for the lab work is unprofessional, and the lack of communication throughout the day was unacceptable. I would not recommend this office if you value clear scheduling and basic customer service.
