I waited in the video chat for half an hour. And no one showed up. I called and I left a message with the office. And no one ever called me back. I made an appointment with the ZocDoc to see if I could avoid calling 911 based on something I was currently going through. And the damn doctor didn't even show up. Completely waste of time
