She was pleasant, took time to explain the tests and the results, had excellent equipment, was helpful enough to give me input to help me decide between two styles of glasses. She was welcoming and approachable and knows her stuff.

I wanted to love this experience, however I was truly disappointed. Saw a different doctor (one of her associates). He didn’t discuss any of the results from the eye exam. He didn’t ask me questions about the watery eye issues I indicated on the intake, nor talk to me about the images of my retinas, etc. He was rather uninterested in discussing anything other than his initial remark being that I take so many medications (that have nothing to do with vision). He also didn’t give clear directions when filling my new prescription. He was nothing like the other optometrists I’ve seen in the past. I know this is inside a Target, but I could have chosen any provider who accepts my insurance. I chose this location due to the reviews. He needs to engage with the patients and be clear when asking questions or giving directions. It’s not like I go every year, so I don’t naturally know how things are supposed to flow. Special shout out to the amazing women at the front desk though!!!

This Optometry office and glasses shop has great helpful staff. My doctor gave me the most thorough eye exam, explaining the analysis of the extra test I had performed to watch for glaucoma. I also loved that it is in inside Target so I could get some shopping done after.
