I wouldn’t return due to the lack of professionalism. After declining an additional service that was not covered by my insurance, the cleaning felt noticeably rushed. The entire appointment took less than 20 minutes and did not include flossing, which I found unusual for a standard dental cleaning.
Overall, the experience felt inattentive and unprofessional, and I did not feel the level of care I would expect as a patient.

We were received by a receptionist that told us she had tried to call us prior to the appointment. She was very demanding and rude. We were made to feel unwelcome in the office, from the moment we walked in she was very disapproving of us based on our appearance and seemed having a bad day. We booked at the wrong office and were nice and said no big deal. It wasn't a great interaction. Very unimpressed with this office.

The entire staff at Interdental go above and beyond to make sure their patients are taken care the moment you walk through the door. 0 wait time, 0 issues with parking, 0 issues with appointment bookings, and 0 cavities since I've started going here. Very good dentistry. They pay attention for all concerns and needs. Wide insurance companies acceptable. Quality complex operations, like implantation, roots treatment. Also Dr. Dekano works with Invisalign. Also I like quality of their cosmetics operations like teeth cleaning and witenning. We tried a lot dentists after we moved to LA, till we met Dr. Dekano. Also she collaborate with good and qualified doctors of wide profiles.

I love how Dr. Dekano is very efficient and thorough. I had a thorough exam, felt informed, and had a great cleaning that was unscheduled. Dr. Dekano did my cleaning herself so that I wouldn't have to wait or come back another day.

Office staff & dental professionals were friendly. The office was clean and modern. This is the type of dental office that pushes products and wants to upsell and say you need things you don't really need. Did a good job cleaning teeth & with x-rays.

Dr. Dekano is the best! I am an extremely anxious patient and her and her staff never fail to put me at ease. Dr. Dekano completed restorative dental work on my teeth 3 years ago and they’ve held up wonderfully and she continues to take great care of my mouth. Always happy to see her!

I have been Dr. Dekano's patient for several years...she is the best! I have had mostly crowns down by her...she is gentle, meticulous, and explains each step along the way.
