Not satisfied, I feel like the appointment was wasted, and I’m still Dealing with my problem. Constantly called to talk to the doctor and she was not able to assist with my problem and now it’s the holidays and I have to wait longer.

The front desk team had a curt attitude when calling me for a co-pay plus i waited over a hour to talk to the provider. She was very nice and listened well. She sent a prescription to the pharmacy… but when i called the pharmacy they didn’t receive anything. I had to call the office 3 times to send over a prescription.

Every single appointment was a fight. Provided all insurance and payment information and any new appointment they claimed they needed it again but would not call until the appointment time wasting our time. They would talk down to my minor child to the point where she didn’t want to interact with the office at all. Every month we have to follow up because prescriptions aren’t refilled. There is zero reason to have a monthly appointment for birth control refills. We will go elsewhere.

I really enjoyed my appointment with the doctor. She was so pleasant, friendly, upbeat, and not only that but very knowledgeable about the condition that I have, and was quick to recommend a good antibiotic she called it in the entire process was seamless.
I definitely will say if I have any other issues that come up, I will definitely rebook with her. She was just the best ever!
