When feeling overwhelmed with changes, challenges, or loss, you don’t have to go through it alone. My telehealth sessions offer a space to explore what’s on your mind, process difficult emotions, and work toward personal growth. My goal is to help you re-gain control of your life and feel free to be you. I understand the importance of mental health and emotional well-being. One-on-one teletherapy sessions will provide you with a supportive environment to explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns in a non-judgmental and confidential setting. I am a psychologist licensed in Ohio and authorized through Psypact to practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology in 42 states. I use a holistic, person-centered approach and give room to environmental influences and development. I utilize mindfulness, psychodynamic views, cognitive-behavioral tools, and trauma-informed approaches to support therapeutic growth. We meet on a secure online platform so that you don’t have to leave your office, home, or get stuck in traffic. I look forward to meeting you!
