As the owner of Life Solutions Services, a practice dedicated to offering a comprehensive range of services—such as individual and couple's psychotherapy, medication management, and Discernment Counseling—I am proud to lead a team of skilled and experienced clinicians. Our main specialties are: relationships (couples, family), depression, anxiety, trauma, first responders/military, grief/loss, substance abuse and working with the LGBTQ community (particularly Gender Dysphoria). We only use scientifically based approaches like EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Discernment Counseling. We are compassionate and straightforward and we believe therapy should be a collaborative relationship between the clinician and the client. We provide in person and online psychotherapy and medication management.
