I was charged for the visit as Medicare only covers every other year. I think this is something the office should tell patients when they schedule appointments. Yes, it is my responsibility, but it never occurred to me that it may not be covered.

Dr. Nyugen took her time to explain all the medical issues I was concerned about and provided solutions to help determine my next course of treatment. She provided me with clear insight on my reproductive health and was very thorough in making sure to consider everything in my medical history (I was a new patient).
Additionally, the staff was very welcoming and efficient with processing paperwork and scheduling. I especially enjoy that all the labs and imaging can be done in one location. Would definitely recommend this healthcare facility for anyone in the area.
