Nutrition counseling is always personalized because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health. I begin by considering each individual’s medical needs, personal goals, and cultural preferences to create a plan that truly works for them.
My goal is to empower patients with the confidence and knowledge they need to take control of their health. I specialize in metabolic health, diabetes education, PCOS, and supporting patients using GLP-1 medications. I work closely with individuals to develop realistic goals, personalize meal plans, and provide practical, simple strategies to improve overall nutrition. I believe nutrition should feel approachable—not overwhelming.
My philosophy centers on respecting and incorporating each patient’s cultural background into their care. Throughout my experience, I have seen how misinformation can negatively impact health. With the right education, support, and resources, it is possible to build a positive and sustainable relationship with food.
I approach every patient with compassion and encouragement. My passion for nutrition is deeply personal—I have seen firsthand how language barriers and limited access to education and resources can affect health outcomes. This drives my commitment to providing clear, evidence-based nutrition guidance to every individual I work with.
Office Policies:
Please complete your intake documents prior to your appointment. Our office will follow up within 7 days if the documents are incomplete. Appointments may be canceled if forms are not submitted, as there is currently a 4-week waitlist for new patients.
We also have a 48-hour cancellation/reschedule policy. Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in an $85 out-of-pocket fee. To make changes, please call our main office at 973-914-9501. Please do not reply to automated reminder emails, as those messages are not monitored.
