If I could honestly give her no stars I would. I was open and very transparent about my past, and present struggles and an hour after expressing an explaining myself and how I need desperate help, (she could have worded this wayyyy better and the tone was just upsetting)
“I don’t treat addicts”
She should’ve said: “I am not equipped to help you at this time but let me refer you to someone that can”
I don’t need to be labeled. I don’t need to feel less than. You don’t need to hear me go on for an hour if right away you know you cannot help me.

She was very kind and actually listened to my concerns and answers, then asked questions about my answers to get a deeper understanding. She didn’t make me feel judged and I felt safe to give fully honest answers. She explained things very well and seems to actually care about her patients’ wellbeing.

Dr. Mandi Rhône, NP, was and is, quite an impressive doctor. She was very thorough with me and seemed to actually care. She was professional, as well as friendly and considerate. I look forward to my next visit with her.? I also extend this to her staff. Another thing that impressed me, was how quickly she processed my prescription, two times, and received the prior authorization within hours. There are times I have had to wait a couple of days from other doctors. Thank you, Dr. Mandi!

She did not pay attention to what I asked from her. Zocdoc suggested her to me to do the derm consultation and she told me she'd rather to see me in person than having tele medicine. I paid for the copay and gained nothing out of this appointment.
